The world is changing day by day. On the occasion of the new year 2023, I would like on behalf of the Board of ZMJ to express my sincere greetings and New Year's wishes to our employees and their families all over the world! Thanks to all ZMJ employees! Happy New Year to all of you!

2022年是郑煤机持续深化改革、践行高质量发展的一年。这一年，我们坚定5年500亿总体对象，转型路径、落地举措愈加明确。这一年，我们勉励液压电控公司混改，助推北路智控在创业板挂牌上市，内生动力持续增强。这一年，我们插足洛轴混改，新工业构造拓宽。

2022 marked ZMJ’s continuously deepening reform and quick growth in high quality. In this year, we were further committed to the target of 50 billion CNY in 5 years with solid transformation path and clearly defined countermeasures. In this year, we successfully proceeded share-holder structure reform on ZMJ Hydraulic and Electronic Control Company, and promoted the BESTWAY Intelligent Control to be listed company in GEM, which further empowered the business growth. In this year, we invested in the LYC Bearing Company, which further extended our business field.

2022年是郑煤机各资产板块百花争艳、交相照映的一年。煤机板块“四化战略”见实见效，主要经济指标创汗青新高。成套化模式国表里全面放开，标杆效应初显。汽车零部件板块在行业动荡和变局中主动求变，亚新科出口业务和新能源业务成果可圈可点，减震和密封业务围困国内主流新能源汽车品牌；索恩格确立了高压电气化转型战略，索恩格电动赢得头部新能源客户订单，高起点切入新能源汽车电驱编制提供链。芝麻街包揽全国“双创”嘉会，行业曝光度、地域影响力升迁。

2022 marked ZMJ’s flourishment and bloom in all business sectors. The implementation of "Four-orientations Strategy" for the coal mining machinery has already delivered results with the historical best economic performance. The complete-set system business model has been rolled out in China and oversea market as the benchmark in the market. The auto parts sector is actively driving for continuous improvement in the turbulent and un-certain situation of the industry. ASIMCO’s export and new energy business have achieved remarkable results. The shock absorption and sealing business has already become the supplier of mainstream new energy vehicle brands; SEG has already worked out the transformation strategy with high-voltage electrification, meanwhile SES successfully acquired orders from top leading new energy customers, and broke through into the new energy vehicle electric drive systems industry from high-end. ZHI MA JIE once again hosted the national "Mass Entrepreneurship and Innovation" event, further enhancing industry exposure and regional influence.

此刻，寰宇百年未有之大变局加速演进，新一轮科技革命和物业变革深入生长，多样 “黑天鹅”“灰犀牛”变乱可能发作，我们面临新的战略机会和风险挑战，这对整个郑煤机人提出了更高的要求。我们增强忧患意识，提升战略认知，做到常备不懈、预加防备，持续加强集团化、举世化管控，加快新能源、数字化转型进程。

At present, the world's major changes unseen in a century are accelerating, and a new round of technological revolution and industrial transformation is under the in-depth development. The various "black swan" and "gray rhino" incidents may occur at any time. We are facing new strategic opportunities and risks, and all of ZMJ employees have to undertake those challenges. We must increase our sense of urgency, improve our strategic awareness, be prepared for all possible risks, strengthen group and global management, and accelerate the process of new energy,  and digital transformation.

新的一年，煤机板块要僵持以智能驱动产物成套化成长，以数字驱动业务全流程变革，朝着yaxin868管理平台成套设备的供应商、全寿命周期的服务商、产业化数字的运营商迈进。汽车零部件板块要着眼于长久，坚定转型。亚新科要飞速扩大新能源业务占比，积极组织智能总成和编制业务；索恩格要全面提升红利才能，索恩格电动要纠集环球资源，捉住汗青机会，在环球新能源驱动电机商场占有寸地尺天。

In the new year, the coal mining machinery sector must continue speeding up the development of complete-set system with the digitalization transformation of the whole business process, moving forward the target to be a complete-set system supplier of comprehensive coal mining equipment, a service provider providing  full life-cycle services, and an industrialized data-based operator. The auto parts sector should focus on the long-term transformation. ASIMCO will rapidly expand the proportion of new energy business, and actively develop intelligent business and systemic solutions. SEG needs to further improve profitability, and SES should utilize global resources and seize historical opportunities to expand its presence in the global new energy drive system market.

2023年，但愿每又名郑煤机人满怀激情和斗志、拥抱未知和变化，朝着他日五年、十年乃至更长久的方向扎实奋进。

In 2023, I hope that every ZMJ employee will be full of passion and fighting spirit, embrace the unknown risks and changes, and make a solid progress towards the next five, ten years or even longer-term goals.
