On June 30th, in Stuttgart, Germany, the first-phase milestone report meeting of the SAP project (Smart4us) was successfully convened, marking a substantive breakthrough in the company's global digital transformation.

自项目正式启动以来，集团总部与 SEG四个多月深度协作，聚焦多元业务需求与行业最佳实践的融合强化，为公司举世化与数字化共同生长确立关键路径。

Since the official launch of the project, the Group Headquarters and SEG have carried out more than four months of in-depth collaboration, focusing on the integration and deepening of diversified business needs and industry best practices, so as to establish a key path for the company's global and digital collaborative development.

会议上，关连负责人对项目履行进展、阶段性成果、存在问题及下一步重点工作进行了详细报告。截至当前，已完成 “环球模板”近况算帐解析、体系适配性检测，以及全体应用架构的高阶设计，为下一阶段的蓝图详细设计及S4升级奠基了坚实的来源根基。始末充分讨论，干系与会人员就项目促成达成共识：持续深化各方协作，高效调配环球资源，为第二阶段工作做好准备。

At the meeting, relevant responsible persons made a detailed report on the project implementation progress, phased achievements, existing problems and key tasks for the next step. Up to now, the status quo collation and analysis of the "global template", system adaptability testing, and high-level design of the overall application architecture have been completed, laying a solid foundation for the detailed blueprint design and S4 upgrade in the next phase. 项目以 “环球模板”为核心载体，通过流程、数据、应用架构的标准化建设，为公司可持续成长筑牢数字根基，而SEG环球模板的创办体例性支持集团他日环球模板的搭建，为公司环球数字化运营奠定关头本原。Taking the "global template" as the core carrier, the SEG Smart4us project builds a solid digital foundation for the company's sustainable development through the standardized construction of processes, data and application architecture. The establishment of the SEG global template will systematically support the construction of the Group's future global template and lay a key foundation for the company's global digital operation.
